I first visited Hawaii over
40 years ago with my parents. I returned many times, always
with the desire to make it
my home. I lived in many areas of the mainland and overseas
when I was growing up – leaving me with the feeling that change
of scenery, new people, new places were to be met with a sense
of adventure.
Following an international career,
Ann and I embraced the opportunity to settle on Kauai. I
soon discovered that golf, bridge, reading, watching sports on
TV, doing nothing all were fun, but I still needed more
challenges in my life. I joined Century 21 – All Islands,
Hawaii’s leading full service real estate company, and
discovered a new, rewarding career. I have always been a
“people person” and it is my goal to provide my clients with
superior service at all times. I am knowledgeable, supportive,
and committed to helping you find the property right for you. I
am easily reachable by cell phone or by email. I communicate
with my clients regularly from the beginning of a transaction to
the successful conclusion. Please read Client Testimonials
to get somewhat less biased opinions!
I specialize in Princeville,
Hanalei, the North Shore and all of Kauai. (I have fellow
agents to use as referrals on other islands.) Kauai has the
distinction of having something for everyone. It is a
hiker’s challenge, a sun bather’s delight, a golfer’s dream, and
a surfer’s paradise. My local expertise and professional
experience will benefit you whether you are serious about buying
or selling a home at the time, or you are returning to check out
continued real estate opportunities on the Garden Isle.
I think that the community of new
friends we have made here is filled with interesting,
risk-taking people since it is not easy to pack up and re-locate
in the middle of the ocean leaving old friends and family
behind. Believe me, your friends and family will come to see
you if you move here.
The waterfalls, the waves, the
sunrises through the clouds, and the sunsets over Bali Hai never
grow old. I do love Kauai and its beauty. I promised
myself that I would never take it for granted.
Mahalo,
Joe Williams RA
